My stay at this hotel was a mix of highlights and letdowns. The staff were incredibly helpful during a challenging situation with a flight delay, and the rooms were comfortable and well-kept. However, the breakfast and some facilities did not meet expectations, and there were issues with parking fees that felt a bit excessive.

I chose this hotel mainly for its brand and location, but I found myself somewhat disappointed during my stay.
